‘Leading for Relational Practices – Theoretical and Practical Reflections’
Leading change towards more relationally oriented practices in the public sector requires mindful leadership. A relational leadership offers a different set of skills, that facilitates collaborative practices and a reorientation of the citizen-professional relationship. It is a practice that privileges curiosity over certainty, collaboration over authority and partnerships over power.
